Deloitte Bangalore is hiring Agile Coach (9+ Years Experience) Role Overview Deloitte Bangalore is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise-level Agile adoption, mentor teams, and enable high-performance delivery practices. This role focuses on driving organizational agility, fostering innovation, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Champion Agile principles and practices across multiple teams and business units. Facilitate leadership and performance workshops to strengthen Agile mindset and behaviors. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable Agile roadmaps . Coach teams and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices. Drive organizational agility by implementing scalable frameworks and modern delivery practices. Mentor and guide teams to build high-performance habits , improve predictability, and deliver business value. Support change management initiatives , ensuring smooth adoption of Agile ways of working. Leverage modern tools and techniques , including AI-powered insights, to enhance delivery and visibility. Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization. Qualifications & Experience 9+ years of experience as an Agile Coach. Proven track record in enterprise Agile transformation and coaching leadership teams. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and scaling practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills . Experience in Agile maturity assessments , roadmap creation, and performance metrics. Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Coach, or Certified Scrum Professional highly desirable. Ability to design flexible, purpose-driven strategies and foster a culture of agility.
