Consultant Compensation

Compensation & Benefits Consultant, assists in the implementation and administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation program.
Partners with other HR groups, leaders or managers to provide support of and execution on major project initiatives including, but not limited to: annual merit and bonus cycle; annual salary survey participation; job architecture; and mid-year promotions and salary adjustments.
Conducts market analysis including making job evaluations on new and existing positions, content review, bench marking, market pricing, and alignment within internal salary structures and bonus programs of the company.
Assists in the administration of the annual salary review cycle and the annual performance bonus cycle including timelines, auditing data, drafting communications, delivering training and other responsibilities.
Maintains understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
Provide proactive day-to-day administrative support for benefit processes, programs, and plans, such as medical, accidental and life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Day Care etc.
Daily maintenance of employee benefits plans, including: tracking and maintaining employee enrollment activity/eligibility, enrollment/coverage issue escalation and resolution, and assisting with onboarding and off boarding activities related to benefits.
Provide exceptional customer service to associates and serve as first point of contact for answering daily employee benefits questions and providing issue resolution; direct employees to appropriate benefit policies/resources and provide education on coverages.
Provide input into the design of new programs; develops associated policy, procedures and documentation along with other necessary supporting communications
Assist in the preparation and delivery of effective and proactive employee communication materials related to benefits, enrollment, wellness programs, etc.
Assist with preparation of data and information for annual premium reconciliation, Service experience feedback and other compliance needs as required
Lead the implementation & administration of wellness programs including wellness camps and knowledge share sessions. Coordinate with vendors supporting health & wellness initiatives to ensure support of the overall company benefit philosophy.
Perform analysis on ad hoc requests and projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree preferred or with 10+ years of HR and compensation experience.
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years in Compensation and Benefits administration experience
Expertise in Radford data analysis and management
Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Extremely detailed and accurate, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
Strong communication skills and the ability to easily and clearly convey data analysis into an understandable format.
Sound judgment and a high level of integrity with the ability address sensitive and confidential information and make good decisions under pressure.
Systems knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc) is required. Advanced Excel skill is a plus.
Workday knowledge highly preferred
