Because we owe it to our people, or clients and the worldAbout the opportunity:Roles & ResponsibilitiesManaging the client expectations accordingly with the maximum output in terms of Media Pulling and the Media Coverage for the clientManaging events responsibly by pulling the required number of media attendance and ensuring the smooth coordination with the Media during the eventCoverage Follow-ups and Managing the Coverage from the media on a regular basis and sharing with the team timelyCrisis management and pitching storiesContributing to overall media outcomes on large clientsProactively reaching and engaging with teams and team heads and developing large format stories to ensure impact and outcomes – cover stories, large format interviews and opeds.Updating media database regularlyCounsel the practice teams on the media trends and happeningsFunctional SkillsStrong expertise and knowledge of the industry: Depth and Breadth of Media Experience – Knowledge and understanding of the changing media landscape, strong relationships with the key media houses and the network to access the right media for the right outcomesStrong relationship with media and deep understanding of media platforms and emerging trendsDepth and Breadth of Consulting ExperienceUnderstanding of clients and ability to pitch stories Behavioral SkillsClear, Articulate and Passionate CommunicatorAbility to Empower, Delegate and Create ChangeIdentify and Develop Senior TalentStrong Collaboration SkillsDecisive, Confident and Tough-minded – after the right amount of consultation and engagement.Inspirational & Positive Leadership StyleNurturing, Approachable and OpenExperienceCandidates with 5-8 yrs of exp in Media Relations preferably from the agency background can apply
