Credit Controller & Reconciliation SpecialistOur organization is seeking a skilled Credit Controller & Reconciliation Specialist to drive financial excellence in our FMCG brand.Responsibilities:We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can effectively manage credit control processes across clients, ensuring timely collections and minimizing overdue payments. Key responsibilities include: Evaluate customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and monitor ageing reports to ensure accurate financial data. Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve client-specific credit issues, promoting strong business relationships and resolving disputes efficiently. Ensure accurate account receivables reconciliation with sales invoices and collections, maintaining financial transparency and integrity. Oversee bank reconciliations, customer ledger maintenance, and clearing open items in Tally to guarantee accurate financial records. Reconcile third-party portals for sales vs. payouts, verifying financial accuracy and preventing discrepancies.Qualifications & Skills:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance; MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred. 6–8 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, and reconciliation in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sector. Proficient in Excel, Tally, and ERP systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
