As a senior front-end developer, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering best practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of front-end architecture using HTML, CSS, and BootstrapGuide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practicesTranslate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web componentsEnsure optimal performance, responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG compliance)Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and back-end teamsEvaluate and integrate new tools, libraries, or frameworks where beneficialTroubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications5+ years of professional front-end development experienceExpert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap (4/5)Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first developmentExperience with cross-browser development and progressive enhancementFamiliarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA rolesSolid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflowsWorking knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulationExperience working in agile development environmentsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or BEM methodologyExposure to modern front-end frameworks (Angular) a strong plusFamiliarity with templating engines or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or Liquid)Understanding of performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, asset minification)Expert experience on Figma
