Cafal Advisors is a young impact consulting firm with a strong focus on providing research and analytics-backed strategic solutions to support our clients in achieving their developmental objectives. Having core competency in the TVET and Education space we are gradually expanding our capability to other sectors such as governance and planning, disaster management, health, and urban development. Since our inception in November 2020, we take pride in our rapid progress, having established partnerships with prominent domestic and global clients and experiencing substantial growth in this relatively brief period.

What we really do
We work on assignments which involve undertaking extensive primary research, literature review, program design and creating an implementation pathway, monitoring & evaluation of large-scale impact focused projects, or executing interventions such as Impact evaluation studies, baseline or end-term assessments and others. Our clients typically are Government institutions, foundations, or multi-lateral global institutions.
To give you a perspective of the projects we undertake, mentioned below are a few problem statements that we have executed in the recent past.
· Examine the AS-IS learning levels (in Foundational Literacy & Numeracy) for over 2 lac students enrolled across Govt. schools in a particular state.
· Create a comprehensive monitoring & evaluation framework for L&D interventions targeted for 1000+ TVET instructors.
· Undertake an impact evaluation exercise to measure the effectiveness of a large Govt. funded outcome oriented program.

Some specifics about the opportunity
We are working on a project for a client which is a leading institution in the country, working in the Technical, Vocational Education & Training (TVET) and skilling space. Our current team is involved in undertaking extensive research activities, advanced analytics, and program management for them. As we expand our engagement with the client, we are looking for people who may be keen to work with us in this space. The position is based out of New Delhi.
Responsibilities
· Take complete ownership and undertake Strategic Research and Analytics across programs in Skilling, Employment, Economy, Livelihoods, Education etc.
· Develop solutions and pathways for large scale strategic planning and implementation work of leading programs.
· Work closely with the firm’s clients in day-to-day coordination.
· Lead and work with other team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables and assignments.
· Undertake visits to project sites and review the on-ground implementation and provide necessary guidance and feedback to team members and other stakeholders.
· Prepare all documentation such as reports, presentations for stakeholders.
What qualifications are we seeking
· Academic Qualification - Master’s in Public policy/Development studies/Economics /Business and related fields
· Relevant experience – Minimum 2+ years of full-time relevant experience working on strategy, management consulting, analytics, research, evaluation assignments. Bring these out in your CV and the impact you made on these assignments in an individual capacity.
· Functional skills – Strong Research Skills | Strong Report Writing and Presentation Skills | Adept at using MS excel or other advanced analytics tools | Strong Interpersonal skills.

Remuneration and Other details
INR 6.0 to INR 7.2 Lacs per annum.
Additionally, a performance-linked bonus (upto 10% of your annual compensation).
