Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in peer reviews to other Projects and shares the feedback to the Practice Lead / Practice Head / relevant Project Manager and identify the approach for any short-comings.Follow-up with the respective Project colleague and ensure that the feedbacks / observations / recommendations are incorporated and monitored.Active Participation in all Practice activities particularly focusing on POC build, Knowledge Management (KM) activities, re-usable build to achieve Practice objectives.Support Practice Lead / Practice Head on the strategy activities including participation of recruitment drive, conduct regular interviews to ensure that the best talent is joining the Practice.Responsible in transforming the Consultants to be the most talented pool by actively coaching, mentoring, role model etc.Pro-actively informs Practice on the slips in the Project and seeks intervention.Pro-actively seeks additional support within the Practice on knowledge gaps.Complete assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team.May lead detailed module specific explore sessions.Ability to work in both Pre-Sales as well as implementation teams in providing estimations, presentations etc.Skills10+ years of experience across multiple tools and systems Angular, React, Java etc.Ability to do R&D, explore and try new solutions that fit the requirement.Should be able to architect and implement the solutions across the customers.Understand common processes such as build, deployment, and tools like Jenkins, github etc.Ability to define best practices adhering to the security guidelines for the development teams to followAt least four full life-cycle implementation projects (from Discovery through Go-Live)Understand integration between modules.Ability to work in both Pre-Sales as well as implementation teams in providing estimations, presentations etc.Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify fit/gap as well as technical solutions for gaps.
