This internship is designed to give you practical exposure to capital markets, trading behaviour, and the analytical tools used by professionals in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in analysing equity markets, derivatives, and macroeconomic trendsSupport the team in preparing investment memos, pitch reports, and earnings summariesTrack financial news, stock performances, and trading ideas using tools like TradingView or Investing.comHelp with financial modelling, portfolio tracking, and performance metricsContribute to content and research for training sessions, case studies, and competitionsCollaborate with traders to back test and validate strategiesParticipate in daily trade reviews and performance improvement sessionsWho Should Apply?Undergraduates or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Commerce, BBA, MBA, or related fieldsPassionate about stock markets, investing, and tradingBasic knowledge of Excel, market terminologies, and investment platformsStrong analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentExposure to MS Excel, PowerPoint, or any charting tool is a bonusCandidates preparing for CFA/FRM or aspiring for roles in equity research, trading, or investment bankingWhat You’ll GainMentorship from experienced traders and finance professionalsReal-time exposure to stock market operations, capital markets, and investment researchMonthly stipend up to ₹30,000, based on performanceLetter of Recommendation (LOR) and internship certificate on successful completionOpportunity for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on contribution and skill developmentNetworking opportunities and access to Tradeshala alumni & expert communityApplication Deadline: 30th of the MonthStart Date: Immediate availability preferred
