Senior Implementation SpecialistJob Title and DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Specialist with extensive knowledge of Powerscale/Isilon.The primary responsibilities of this role include:Administering and optimizing PowerScale clusters across multi-protocol environments (NFS/SMB/HDFS/S3).Having in-depth knowledge of SyncIQ (migrations, multi-directional replication, delta transfers, multi-protocol sync), Snapshots & SnapshotIQ, performing failovers, failbacks, resiliency, and DR testing.Leading cluster lifecycle tasks including node addition, rebalancing, SmartFail, and tech refresh activities.Configuring and validating network connectivity (VLANs, LACP, MTU, routing, DNS, NTP) and working with security teams on firewall rules.Handling AD integrations across multi-domain/forest setups, including trusts, ID mapping, and authentication troubleshooting.Optimizing PowerScale for HDFS workloads (Hive, Impala, Empower) when required.Fulfilling ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management, ensuring clear documentation.This is a remote job that requires:8 to 14 years of experience.Strong ownership, independent working style, and on-time task delivery.Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients.Calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure environments.Key QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:Deep understanding of Powerscale/Isilon technology.Experience with cloud storage and file systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What We OfferAs a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.
