Location: Infopark, Cochin
Work Time: U.S. Time (Night Shift)
Company Overview:
We are a well-established CPA firm based in the USA, providing a wide range of accounting, taxation, and advisory services. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team at our Infopark, Cochin office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting projects independently, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Expertise in QuickBooks accounting software is a must.
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations, payroll, and tax filings.
Collaborate effectively with the U.S.-based team and manage client communication.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Lead and support a small team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with significant exposure to QuickBooks .
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
Team player with leadership qualities to guide and support the accounting team.
