Job Title: Payment Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payment Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new merchants, monitoring payment performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online payment systems, experience in vendor management, and excellent project management skills.S/he will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the onboarding process for new merchants, including data collection, documentation, and verification.Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.Liaise with internal teams, including legal, finance, and product, to ensure seamless integration of payment services.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.About Us:We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
