Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts using Python, Selenium, and Pytest. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and QA peers to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python-based UI, API, and WebSocket automation. You will participate in client interactions to understand testing and automation requirements and convert functional/technical specifications into automation-ready test scenarios.Key responsibilities include requirement analysis and test planning, automation testing and framework development, API and WebSocket testing, manual testing (as needed), defect management, performance testing, AI-driven testing exploration, collaboration and communication, and test reporting and metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in PythonUI Automation using Selenium (Python)Pytest FrameworkAPI Testing – Postman/SwaggerWebSocket TestingPerformance Testing using JMeterKnowledge of CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins)Knowledge of GitSQL knowledge (added advantage)Functional/Manual Testing expertiseSolid understanding of SDLC/STLC & QA processesBenefits:Growth-driven environment with modern, automation-first projectsWeekends off + Provident Fund benefitsSupportive, collaborative & innovation-first cultureOthers:As a member of our team, you will participate in daily stand-ups and regular QA syncs. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Problem-solving skills and ownership/accountability are also highly valued.
