Senior Health and Safety TrainerThis role involves delivering safety training sessions at various client locations, focusing on the processing industry. As a senior trainer, you will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs that meet the specific needs of our clients.To design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs to clients.Stationed at one manufacturing plant for a minimum of 12 months duration, where you will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety protocols.You should have sound experience working in the processing industry and possess excellent trainer competencies.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Sufficient exposure to health and safety training, including delivery of versatile topics that benefit processing/manufacturing plants.Ability to work at a client location for a period of at least 12 months.Work experience in the processing industry/manufacturing plants.Experience in training management staff and contractors.Domain subject matter expertise to provide solutions.Good track records with participant and stakeholder feedbacks.Adaptability to contingency methods to enhance training objectives at plant level.To scale up participant skills/knowledge with good results.Creativity to introduce new training methods to coach participants for better safety behaviors at plant.Passion to transform training mechanisms into safety performance of participants whom he/she trains.Education and Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience as a trainer with a focus on health and safety domain.Prior engineering graduates or science degree holders preferred.Professional qualifications from international and domestic boards.Qualifications on key critical activities of health and safety, such as confined space, HIRA, work at height, and others.Language proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages.
