You will work closely with the creative leadership, CAD team, and production partners to translate aesthetic vision into manufacturable, market-ready designs.Your role will bridge artistic imagination, technical execution, and commercial viability, resulting in collections that captivate clients and elevate Zoharet as a brand.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Conceptual DesignDevelop original design concepts aligned with Zoharet’s brand language and collection themes.Produce detailed design sketches, mood boards, and narrative justifications for creative direction.Infuse cultural, artistic, and trend insights into jewellery design narratives.Technical Design & SpecificationsPrepare comprehensive technical drawings and specifications for all pieces.Work collaboratively with the CAD team to convert sketches into precise digital models.Provide detailed annotations for production, including stone placement, metalwork, finishes, and dimensions.Collection DevelopmentConceptualise and plan cohesive seasonal collections, including signature pieces and supporting styles.Develop design frameworks that ensure both creativity and manufacturability.Support in curation of line sheets, lookbooks, and editorial content for launches.Production CollaborationLiaise with workshops and fabrication partners to ensure design intent is maintained through production.Oversee sampling, prototyping, and quality checks.Provide ongoing feedback and revisions to technical teams based on production outcomes.Trend Research & InspirationTrack global jewellery trends, precious material innovations, and cultural motifs.Identify opportunities for innovation while preserving brand soul and timelessness.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with marketing, branding, and sales teams to align design narratives with storytelling assets.Support retail and client engagement teams with design insights for bespoke or custom orders.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design, Applied Arts, Product Design, or related discipline.3–7 years of professional experience in jewellery design (studio, luxury brand, atelier, or equivalent).Strong aesthetic sensibility with portfolio examples demonstrating concept-to-production work.Proficiency in sketching (hand and digital) and visual communication.Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Matrix, Rhino, 3Design) and ability to collaborate with CAD technicians.Excellent understanding of materials, gemstones, metal properties, and manufacturing constraints.Strong visual storytelling capability, able to articulate design intent and inspiration.High attention to detail, craftsmanship standards, and quality precision.Professional communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.Preferred QualificationsLuxury brand design experience, especially in high jewellery or couture jewellery.Knowledge of global jewellery trends and cultural artistry influences.Experience in editorial jewellery presentation (lookbooks, campaigns).Proven ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.Why Join ZoharetDesign for a brand that celebrates timeless luxury, artistic depth, and cultural resonance.Collaborate with multidisciplinary creatives and artisans.Influence collection narratives and visual identities that stand apart in the luxury space.Grow within a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and creative freedom.Application InstructionsPlease share your resume and portfolio to founder@zoharet.com & CC: kanishk@zoharet.com with the subject line:  Jewellery Designer Application – [ Your Name ]  or WhatsApp us at: +91 95099 53132Diversity & InclusionAt Zoharet, we believe that true luxury is inclusive.
