Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Growth & Acquisition Leadership: 

  • Lead the marketing efforts to drive growth and student acquisition for the UG & PG programs and develop successful media plans. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and collaboration with sales teams to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 

 

Marketing Operations: 

  • Manage and motivate a marketing team towards achieving common goals, providing leadership, guidance, and support across various marketing roles. 
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring clear objectives and accountability while encouraging creativity and innovation. 

 

Strategic Marketing & Campaigns: 

  • Oversee the development of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, utilizing multiple channels including digital marketing, content marketing, email, and social media to drive lead generation and enrollment. 
  • Work closely with the program managers to drive operations and strategy for the business unit. 

 

 

Collaboration & Reporting: 

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Head, Performance Marketing Head, and other team leaders to ensure campaigns are aligned and optimized for success. 
  • Report directly to management on progress, performance metrics, and goal completion, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

 

Industry Knowledge & Insights: 

  • Utilize deep knowledge of the executive education landscape to create targeted marketing strategies that resonate with prospective students and industry stakeholders. 
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, ensuring DSJ Keep Learning remains competitive and innovative in its approach. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on education, professional development, or higher education Industry. 
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and growing a marketing team, driving results through a combination of inbound and outbound marketing strategies. 

 

Skills & Knowledge: 

  • Expertise in marketing strategies, lead generation, and sales pipeline management, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. 
  • Strong understanding of education Industry and the nuances of marketing to aspirants seeking UG/PG Programs. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive strategy while ensuring operational efficiency. 

 

 

Leadership & Communication: 

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on motivating teams to achieve collective success. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present progress reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
