Responsibilities
Lead Management:
- Refer to the provided lead sheet to track and manage all inbound enquiries.
- Contact prospective students promptly to introduce Computrain - Study Abroad and understand their study abroad interests.
Communication & Engagement:
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and messaging to build rapport and answer initial queries.
- Clearly explain the benefits of scheduling a counselling session and address any preliminary concerns.
Conversion Focus:
- Guide leads toward booking a 15-20 minute counselling session with our Discovery Counsellor.
- Use persuasive communication techniques to emphasize the personalized support and value they’ll receive during the session.
Follow-Up & Reporting:
- Follow up with unresponsive leads through multiple touchpoints, ensuring that no potential student is overlooked.
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records on the lead sheet for tracking and analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (sales, telemarketing, or customer service) is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and engaging manner.
- Organization: Ability to manage a dynamic list of leads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Work Environment: Fully remote with a 5-hour workday, offering flexibility in managing daily tasks.
