Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure and security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure, scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will also work closely with our development teams to ensure that our applications are secure and compliant with industry standards.Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with automated security checks, implementing Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across GCP environments, and using AI-powered tools to accelerate code analysis, infrastructure monitoring, and dependency scanning.You will also be responsible for remedying vulnerabilities identified in penetration tests, configuring IAM, VPCs, and network policies to enforce least privilege and data residency in Canada, and automating monitoring and anomaly detection using GCP native tools + AI/ML anomaly detection.In addition, you will create developer-friendly secure coding guardrails, with automated feedback loops, experiment with Large Language Model (LLM)-based agents for log triage, incident response playbooks, and compliance audits, and use AI to prioritize vulnerabilities by business impact and exploit likelihood.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have:10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Security Engineering, with strong exposure to GCP.Hands-on expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes/GKE, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with AI/ML tools for security and DevOps (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Snyk AI, Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma, custom LLMs).Strong grounding in OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.A track record of remediating vulnerabilities and automating security workflows.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
