WMS Consultant

About the JobOur company is seeking a highly skilled WMS consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise in WMS configuration, implementation, and integration, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient WMS solutions while providing L2/L3 production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.The consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing WMS modules covering Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end ownership of WMS configuration and support activities.Analyze business requirements and align system functionality accordingly.Coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements.Ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems.Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives.Qualification & Certification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.4–6 years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes.Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.Benefits:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Collaborative team culture and recognition for outstanding performance.
