About the Team & Role

Fleek is a diverse set of individuals with the single mission of making second-hand the first choice while promoting circular fashion and building a beautiful product experience. Our team of 50+ people spans 7+ countries, with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, and more.


As Warehouse Supervisor at Fleek, you will play a key role in managing the entire warehouse process—from quality control (QC) to timely order dispatch. You’ll work closely with our global fulfillment team, and manage hold and RTV orders. You will be responsible for managing warehousing activities and employee performance.


What You’ll do

  • Oversee QC processes and ensure team performance
  • Track and report QC complaints
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment from suppliers to the warehouse
  • Manage orders journey for timely dispatch and coordinate RTVs
  • Ensure accurate cancellation reasons and follow up on order statuses
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders including platform suppliers and 3PLs
  • Handle failed order pickups and ensure proper follow-up and recording
  • Provide daily backlog reports and analysis to enhance visibility and drive projects to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor packing operations for quality and efficiency


Who are you?

  • Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar field (retail or e-commerce preferred).
  • Solid business acumen to understand how warehouse operations impact overall success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to work effectively with Suppliers, fleet vendors, logistic partners, and internal teams.
  • Good Team Management experience and ability to positively motivate team members.
