OverviewThe Business Finance Manager will serve as a strategic bridge between operations, finance,and management driving financial clarity, operational efficiency, and intelligent automationacross the organization. This role requires strong business acumen, analytical rigor, and anability to translate data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Financial StrategyEvaluate all processes and operations from a business impact lens assessingrevenue,cost, cash, and profit implicationsSupport leadership in financial decision-making through scenario modeling, forecasting,and strategic recommendationsBuild frameworks for monitoring financial health and operational performanceInvestor and Management ReportingPrepare and maintain periodic management and investor reportsTrack and interpret financial and SaaS metricsTranslate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders and board presentationsAutomation & Process OptimizationLeverage AI and analytics tools to automate manual financial and reporting workflowsIdentify and implement process improvements for accuracy, speed, and reliability infinancial reporting and reconciliationsOperational Finance & ReconciliationManage reconciliationMonitor cash inflows and outflows to maintain accurate daily cash positionsRevenue, Expense & Cash ManagementDevelop rolling cash flow forecasts and working capital management practicesProvide insights into margin and cost control opportunitiesSupplier & Treasury ManagementManage relationships with key suppliers and vendors, ensuring optimal payment termsand contract complianceOversee treasury operations including banking, investments, and liquidity planningQualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relatedfield(CA/CFA/MBA preferred)2+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or similar roles preferably intech-driven environmentsStrong understanding of financial modeling, unit economics, and SaaS metricsProficiency in Excel/Sheets, accounting tools, and data visualization platformsWorking knowledge of automation/AI tools in financeStrong understanding of financial modeling, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, accounting tools, and data visualization platforms.Strong understanding of financial modeling, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, accounting tools, and data visualization platforms.
