AI ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our artificial intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering.Machine Learning Expertise:We require 15+ years of experience with at least 10 years in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with ML Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…)Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Strong Technical Skills:Experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.Proven experience building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Ability to mentor cross-functional teams on architecture, use cases, and drive architectural direction of products.Data Engineering Expertise:Proven track record in Design and deployment of data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming.Experience dealing with carrier-class datasets of terabyte scale.Cloud Computing Expertise:Proven experience deploying ML systems on AWS and Databricks.Track record in building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, automating deployments.Ensuring high availability with autoscaling and observability.Databases and MLOps:Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).Exposure to MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).Communication Skills:Strong communication skills to translate technical results into business insights.
