MYP Biology TeacherWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MYP Biology teacher to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and effective biology lessons to secondary students, using various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.Develop and implement curriculum aligned with IB MYP standards.Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, and provide constructive feedback.Promote scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and a passion for the natural world.Work with other science teachers and departments to enhance curriculum and teaching methods.Maintain clear and positive communication with students, parents, and the wider school community.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or a related field.Previous experience teaching MYP and/or DP Science is often preferred.Strong communication and classroom management skills.A strong understanding of the IB MYP framework and its assessment practices is essential.Desired Attributes:A passion for science education.The ability to create an inquiry-driven and student-centered learning environment.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.A growth mindset.
