Key Responsibilities:
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions to enhance the skills and capabilities of executives. Your duties will include:
1. Content Development: Research and create training materials, SAfSDs (Skills and Competency frameworks), and psychometric assessments. Utilize primary and secondary sources to curate relevant and engaging content.
2. Training Program Execution: Collaborate with faculty and coaches to support client organizations. Facilitate pre-program preparations, manage program delivery, and oversee post-program activities to ensure effective learning outcomes.
3. Psychometric Assessments: Administer various psychometric instruments using the Excellmetrics online portal. Analyze assessment reports and create support materials for training based on the assessment outcomes.
4. Client Interaction: Coordinate with clients and in-house trainers for logistics, travel arrangements, and program execution. Respond promptly to client queries and maintain a high level of client engagement.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare daily reports on assessment completion status. Assist in report analysis before training programs and manage correspondence for report delivery to participants.
6. Program Delivery Management: Utilize online meeting platforms such as ZOOM and MS Teams for program delivery. Ensure seamless execution of virtual training sessions.
7. Support Material Creation: Develop supplementary training materials related to psychometric assessments, enhancing the overall learning experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Learning Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
2. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to identify learning gaps within client organizations. Propose tailored learning solutions to address specific challenges.
3. Training Evaluation: Implement robust evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously enhance learning initiatives.
4. Technology Integration: Explore innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance training delivery. Stay updated with e-learning trends and incorporate interactive digital solutions into training programs.
Competencies Required for the Role:
· Experience: 3 years plus in learning and development roles, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setting.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
· Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PDF editor. Proficiency in presentation software.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, assess training needs, and measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
· Detail-oriented: Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
· Learning Orientation: Passion for learning, organizational development, change management, leadership, and emotional intelligence.
· Client Focus: Client engagement mindset, responsiveness, and dedication to delivering high-quality learning solutions.
· Education: Postgraduate or graduate degree in relevant fields such as HR, General Management, Psychology, Sociology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
· Technology Skills: Proficiency in using online meeting platforms like ZOOM and MS Teams. Familiarity with the internet and social media for corporate applications.
