You will oversee the daily operations and accounting functions carried out by our HR team. This includes tasks such as documenting financial information, analyzing tax reports, monitoring employees on our payroll, and processing invoices.This role requires you to ensure that all transactional information is accurately processed and write financial activity reports for our Directors on a monthly basis. You must also verify that all our billing, payroll, and other financial processes comply with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations.Additionally, this position involves analyzing our current staffing needs and tracking budget allocations to our training programs. You will also be responsible for monitoring our hiring expenses, establishing spending limits, and recording all expenditures related to sourcing, advertising through PPC ads, and onboarding.To excel in this role, you are required to possess excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with CRM, project management, and financial management tools is mandatory.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a long-term finance strategy, ensuring all transactions adhere to our company policySupervise our finance team's day-to-day activities, including checking employee records, collecting payroll information, processing invoices, and analyzing tax reportsConduct regular payroll and billing audits to guarantee the accuracy of our financial statementsIdentify irregularities in our system, including potential fraud and theft, and report them to our DirectorsAssess our staffing requirements and track time-to-hire and recruiting costs, including expenditures on sourcing, advertising, and onboardingEvaluate our training needs, manage our training budget, and monitor resource allocation to our training and development programsProvide oversight to our Training Officers and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of our onboarding process, workshops, and other learning programsEnsure all expenditures are within budget, compile spending reports, and allocate resources to specific HR programs as instructed by our DirectorRequirementsBachelor's degree or Master's in Business Administration, Accounting, or HRExcellent knowledge of bookkeeping and statistics and superb attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in both spoken and written EnglishExpertise in finance management, and the ability to track expenses, analyze tax reports, and create spreadsheetsUnderstanding of national and international financial regulationsFamiliarity with CRM and accounting software, such as Salesforce and Xero
