Machine Learning Observability Solutions Architect

Designing AI-Driven Observability SolutionsRole OverviewAs a Machine Learning Observability Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and enhancing our open-source observability platform by incorporating AI capabilities that deliver critical insights across enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain AI/ML features for the observability platform, leveraging technologies such as Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with SREs, service owners, and observability experts to ensure scalable and reliable ML model deployment.Design and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Set up and integrate machine learning servers and connect tools across observability systems.Establish performance standards and develop custom integrations between systems.Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven experience designing, developing, and operating ML systems in production.Hands-on experience with large language models, Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python.Familiarity with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud platforms.Solid understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces).Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for ML systems.Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.BenefitsBy joining our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven observability solutions and contribute to the development of our open-source platform.As a Machine Learning Observability Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and expertise.Other OpportunitiesOur company offers a range of opportunities for growth and professional development, including training programs, mentorship initiatives, and access to industry-leading technologies.
