Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities include deploying, managing and improving the quality management system, creating awareness across the organization, planning and rolling out regulatory readiness programs, executing these programs effectively, assessing their effectiveness through audits, providing consultation on requirements and compliance issues, imparting awareness sessions on relevant regulations, leading cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and resolve current ones, managing compliance issues, directing internal and external auditing programs, supporting operations staff in using integrated quality systems, summarizing quality reports, overseeing CAPA management, and facilitating corrective action closure.This position requires strong motivational skills to promote a team-based approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain a professional attitude. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and leadership skills, be goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
