Android Middleware Development Lead

Technical Lead Role is available in our organization. This position involves strategic planning and leadership of software development projects. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, setting technical direction, and ensuring successful project delivery.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in leading projects from inception to completion. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.The selected individual will be responsible for1. Leading software development projects using Agile methodologies and processes2. Managing and mentoring cross-functional teams3. Ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards4. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives5. Identifying and mitigating project risksThe following technical skills are required for this role:1. Proficiency in Java, C++14/17/20, and RUST languages for Android Platform/Middleware Development2. Strong understanding of Android Automotive System and Car Framework3. Hands-on experience working with emulators (Goldfish/Cuttlefish)4. Good understanding of Project Treble and different types of Binder5.
