This role is focused on delivering technical support, leveraging product knowledge to provide exceptional customer experiences.You will be responsible for handling real-time user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless platform functionality while collaborating with the founder-led team.Key Responsibilities:Provide fast and accurate live chat (primary) and email (secondary) support.Help traders navigate platform features, trade analytics, and reports, optimizing their experience.Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, imports, and analytics workflows, applying strong problem-solving skills.Identify recurring technical issues and resolve them using in-depth product expertise.Maintain and efficiently search through a comprehensive internal knowledge base, fostering continuous improvement.Document findings and curate common questions/answers, enhancing knowledge sharing.Manage multiple concurrent chats with empathy, speed, and accuracy, prioritizing customer satisfaction.Hiring Process:Submit Google Form + mandatory recorded answers, demonstrating key skills.Product knowledge test, evaluating technical proficiency.1–2 interviews, assessing candidate fit and qualifications.Offer extended to selected candidates.
