At Innocap, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your career, work on exciting projects, and make a real impact.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Platform Operations team, with members located in Canada, the US, , Poland, and India, performs critical functions on Innocap's dedicated managed account platforms ("DMAs"). The team's primary responsibilities include performing complex funds reconciliations, margins & OTC collateral management as well as OTC derivatives settlement.The Platform Operations Department is currently looking for a Senior Analyst to join its team and support the platform's growth.   The candidate will have the unique opportunity to work closely with hedge fund asset managers, clearing and OTC counterparties, and administrators. The Senior Analyst in Platform Operations has the following main responsibilities:Perform all OTC collateral management and settlement activities.Perform positions reconciliations, investigate breaks and liaise with counterparties, asset managers and administrators to resolve any discrepancy, maintaining the prompt action/response with aforesaid parties.Participate in the configuration and setup of new platforms or funds launches.Maintain funds documentation and processes update at all times.Share knowledge and provide support to other team members.Engage in continuous learning and upscaling knowledge on processes, products and system.From time to time, participate in projects and processes improvements.PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDesired seniority level: mid-level (minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Middle-Office or related fields).Intermediate understanding of the financial markets, instruments and key processes.Intermediate knowledge of financial products, such as equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, listed derivatives, and OTC derivatives.Experience with reconciliation of positions and understanding of break resolution process.Experience in collateral management process & interest calculations is an asset.Analytical and detail-oriented, resourceful with a proven ability to manage work in a timely manner.Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively explain concepts to team members.Team-oriented professionals with demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT Post Graduation or master's degree in finance or equivalent qualification from reputed college.Capital market certification or any other charter certifications are an added advantage.COME AS YOU ARE We value a diverse range of backgrounds, perspectives, beliefs, and experiences to help us continue growing our organization.
