ETL Tester - Data Validation SpecialistWe are seeking a meticulous and proactive ETL Tester to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data pipelines built on Google Cloud Platform. This role involves validating ETL workflows, reconciling data across systems, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to uphold data quality standards.Design comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios for ETL pipelines.Implement automated validation processes using scripting tools and frameworks.Perform data reconciliation and validation checks across multiple systems and sources.Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve data mismatches and transformation issues.Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing for data workflows.Document defects and track resolution through issue tracking systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in ETL testing and data validation.Proficiency in SQL and Google BigQuery for data analysis and test design.Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for test automation.Understanding of Apache Airflow and ETL orchestration tools.Experience with GitHub or similar tools for version control and collaboration.Nice to Have:Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
