MJS & Co., Chartered Accountants | Job Description | Pune location 

Position: Chartered Accountant – Audit Manager


Responsibilities: 

•       Accounts finalization and books closure using various accounting software

•       Prepare financial statements for companies as per Schedule III of the Companies Act. 

•       Prepare statutory audit reports and accompanying notes to the accounts. 

•       Prepare tax audit reports in accordance with Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act.

•       Prepare personal and business tax returns in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 

•       Review monthly compliance for TDS and GST returns prepared by subordinates. 

•     Develop and prepare management information systems (MIS) reports for internal decision-making.

 

Experience expected: 


•       PQE of 1 to 4 years in Statutory audit, accounts finalization and Tax audit. 

•       Strong knowledge of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax Compliance is a must. 

•       Strong analytical and team management skills.

•       Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail. 

•      Advanced skills with accounting software (like Winman, Taxbase, Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) is a must preferred.

•       Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cater MNC clients.

• Prior and current experience in a CA firm with multiple domain knowledge   

• Detailed Knowledge of book closure including finalization of entries along with preparation of financial statements with deep knowledge of financial position understanding.

•  Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability
