The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully directing and coaching kitchen staff, maintaining exceptional recipe quality and consistency, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Directs, coaches and supervises kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and high-quality service standards.Maintains recipe quality and consistency by regularly reviewing and refining recipes to meet the highest culinary standards.Coordinates team members and delegates tasks effectively to optimize workflow and productivity.Undertakes daily recipe reviews and maintains folders in immaculate condition to ensure easy access to essential information.Responsible for food production levels and recommends improvements to enhance overall dining experience.Qualifications and Education:5+ years of experience as a Chef Tournant or equivalent role with a strong track record of success.Culinary school degree required with a focus on culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.Excellent customer service and teambuilding abilities, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
