Business Financial Specialist

Join our organization as a skilled Financial Assistant. Manage critical financial processes with precision and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue customer invoices using Tally/Zoho Books, ensuring timely payment processing and minimizing outstanding dues.Monitor incoming payments and take necessary follow-ups on any delayed or pending payments.Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledgers, guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards.Process vendor invoices in a timely manner and ensure prompt payments.Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.Maintain vendor accounts and update AP records regularly, ensuring seamless business operations.Prepare and maintain essential documentation required for internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.Support auditors in responding to queries and provide necessary clarification.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies, maintaining a culture of excellence.Contribute to the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing, maintaining up-to-date statutory compliances.Record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books, providing a clear picture of the organization's financial health.Prepare financial reports as required, supporting strategic decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional qualification like Semi-qualified CA/CMA.6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting.Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books, with a strong understanding of their applications.Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.Demonstrated ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail and numerical skills.Capacity to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and achieving goals.Effective communication and documentation skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
