About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning coordination execution in solar power projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily project activities schedules documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones risks dependencies.Maintain update project trackers dashboards progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams contractors vendors stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requisitions tracking material deliveries coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings prepare minutes of meetings follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety quality regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning coordination with field teams monitoring project execution.Support budget tracking invoice processing documentation for billing.Maintain project documentation including contracts permits technical submissions.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science Business Administration or related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination preferably in solar renewable energy EPC or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management processes documentation.Proficient in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word experience with project management tools preferred.Excellent communication organizational follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks work in a fast-paced environment.
