Senior Supply Chain Planning ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiatives, evaluating, enhancing, and optimizing our supply chain planning capabilities.The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, deliver actionable assessments, and design a roadmap to strengthen our supply chain planning capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate the current IBP Demand and Supply configuration to identify gaps and opportunities.Enhance and optimize IBP-Supply-Time-Series implementation, benchmarking against industry best practices.Recommend improvements for IBP Demand, Supply, Supply Chain Control Tower, Inventory Optimization, and other modules.Deliver comprehensive assessment reports outlining potential opportunities, technical fixes, and strategic recommendations.Develop a sequential roadmap for implementing new capabilities and features, including effort and cost estimations.Assess Order-Based Planning in the DEV environment and provide recommendations for successful completion.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and adoption of best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:Deep expertise in IBP Demand, Supply, and Order-Based PlanningAbility to recommend and implement improvements aligned to industry best practicesTechnical leadership and delivery skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBenefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge supply chain planning projectsChance to develop and implement innovative solutionsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentOthers:Contribute to the growth and success of our organizationBe part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
