Job Title: AI Model Developer and Team LeadCompany Overview:Our organization seeks a highly skilled AI model developer and team lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models. This role involves guiding a team of engineers to ensure the successful deployment of projects that leverage AI/ML technologies to solve complex problems.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, especially those generating content such as text, images or other media.Team Management: Actively lead projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.Model Development: Engage in coding, designing, developing, implementing and deploying advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark and Keras.Client Interaction: Discuss client requirements and develop proposals tailored to their needs.Leadership: Capable of leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers and researchers, setting strategies for AI model development and deployment and ensuring these align with business goals.Required Skills:Technical Expertise: Hands-on expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, programming and related concepts, proficiency in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP.Leadership Ability: Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding a team of engineers.LLM Experience: Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral etc along with experience in LLM integration frameworks like LangChain, Llamaindex, AgentGPT etc.Python Programming: Strong coding skills in Python including related frameworks, best practices and design patterns.Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.Development Methodologies: Proficient in development methodologies and writing unit tests in Python.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics Physics or a related field.Experience: 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
