US Federal Contracts SpecialistAs a detail-oriented and motivated federal contracts specialist, you will provide compliance support for U.S. government contracts.Contract Compliance: Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure adherence to client contracts and related requirements.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders, including eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, and EEO/OFCCP reporting.Audit & Monitoring Support: Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) to track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations.Collaborate with federal contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of federal contracts and regulations, including the FAR and DFARS.
