⭐ About the RoleEdShala is India’s first student-centric social learning platform. We are looking for a well-connected, energetic, and SSC-knowledgeable individual who can build and grow our SSC community, connect with top educators, and onboard toppers for podcasts, interviews, and collaborations.This role is a blend of community building, educator partnerships, podcast coordination, and SSC ecosystem research.🎯 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Connect with SSC Toppers & AspirantsBuild relationships with SSC toppers, rankers, and active aspirantsOrganize podcasts, interviews, AMA sessionsCoordinate shoots & online/offline recordingsBring real stories, strategies & insights from toppers2️⃣ Build & Manage SSC Teacher NetworkConnect with top SSC faculties and coaching centersInvite teachers for podcasts, interviews & collaborationsMaintain long-term educator relationshipsAssist in onboarding teachers to the EdShala platform3️⃣ Grow the SSC Community on EdShalaCreate and manage SSC study groups, discussion rooms & challengesIncrease platform participation among SSC aspirantsMonitor student needs, trends & issuesPlan community activities and engagement campaigns4️⃣ Podcast & Content CoordinationCoordinate with the media/production teamAssist guests (teachers & toppers) during recordingsSuggest relevant podcast topics based on SSC trendsHandle backstage, scheduling & guest experience5️⃣ Research & SSC Ecosystem UnderstandingStrong understanding of all SSC exams: CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, GD, Steno etc.Awareness of major SSC teachers, influencers & coaching institutesTrack exam updates, community trends & student pain points✔ Required Skills & QualificationsMust-HavesDeep understanding of SSC exam ecosystemStrong network with SSC teachers/coaches (or ability to build fast)Excellent Hindi communication skillsRelationship-building & networking abilityConfidence in interacting with teachers, toppers & studentsComfortable with field + online coordinationGood to HaveCommunity building experienceMedia / PR / EdTech / YouTube collaboration experienceStudent psychology understandingBasic content/social media skills⭐ Preferred BackgroundEx-SSC aspirant with educator connectionsSomeone from Mukherjee Nagar / ORN / SSC coaching hubsPast experience with coaching institutes, YouTube channels, or mediaCommunity manager or partnership manager experience🌟 Why Work at EdShala?Build India’s largest SSC student communityCollaborate with top teachers & toppersBe part of India’s first student social learning platformFast career growth in EdTech & community-driven rolesWork in a dynamic, youth-focused environment📩 How to ApplySend your CV + short intro video to: 📧 enquiry@edshala.com 📱 9311606622 (WhatsApp)
