Job OverviewOur organization is seeking a highly skilled VMware Horizon View Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on delivering enterprise-level Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions utilizing the VMware product suite, including Horizon View and Workspace ONE Access.Key Responsibilities:Hybrid Cloud Architectures: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy hybrid cloud architectures integrating AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions.Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize expertise in Horizon versions and understanding of ESXi, vSphere, and cloud platforms to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.Log Analysis & Scripting: Develop and implement log analysis and scripting skills to automate daily operations and enhance efficiency.Hypervisor Deployment: Design and deploy Horizon infrastructure in large-scale environments.Solution Development: Create high-level designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD), and solution documents to ensure successful project execution.User Support: Provide troubleshooting support for user-level issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Windows Server Administration: Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.Hyper-Converged Infrastructure: Implement and manage hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.Requirements:Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 4+ years of proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, EUC Horizon.Certifications: VMware VCAP/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility), AWS/Azure Architect, Horizon.Preferred Skills:Language Proficiency: 100% fluency in English.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members, conduct technical sessions, and mentor junior team members.Customer Focus: High customer satisfaction and ability to interface with customers and third-party OEMs and HW vendors.Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
