The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, conducting interviews and assessments, and collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs.Key qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in sourcing through various job boards and ATS platforms, and experience in license and certification verification.Knowledge of tax terms and stipends is also essential.
