About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned PDI Support Expert to provide comprehensive end-to-end support for PDI solutions. The role involves supporting store operations, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring smooth business continuity.You will act as the backup support resource alongside an existing internal SME in this immediate joiner position.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and uptime.Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Coordinate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end-users.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles.Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications (Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems).Strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows.Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a production support environment.Your Benefits:This is a great opportunity for you to grow your career and contribute to the success of our organization.Why Apply:Achieve Work-Life Balance: With our flexible working hours and remote work options, you can achieve a better balance between work and personal life.Develop Your Skills: Our organization offers training and development opportunities to help you grow professionally and personally.Join a Collaborative Team: We believe in teamwork and collaboration, and we're looking for someone who shares these values.
