We're seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to own and drive growth for our retailer-facing platform - the "Blinkit for retailers" that's making inventory management effortless for thousands of retailers across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth strategy for retailer platform features & engagement
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, track retail tech trends
  • Ideate & design features to address retailer pain points
  • Use data insights to guide product roadmap & prioritization
  • Monitor engagement, conversion, and adoption metrics
  • Manage projects end-to-end from concept to launch
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and create PRDs/user stories
  • Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards
  • Oversee QA, UAT, bug resolution, and post-launch improvements
  • Maintain strong focus on product quality & user experience
  • Present insights & recommendations to leadership clearly
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and product review sessions

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 0-2 years in product management, consulting, or analytical roles
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical skills are encouraged to apply

  • Understanding of retail/FMCG ecosystem and supply chain dynamics
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Analytics platforms)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or B2B marketplace platforms
  • Startup experience or high-growth environment background
  • Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles
