To expand our intelligent automation capabilities, we are looking for experienced Python Developers who enjoy building smart assistants, integrating processes with Power Automate Desktop, and designing robust backend automations.Your RoleAs a Python Developer (AI Automation), you will:• Develop AI assistants and automation solutions using Python and Power Automate Desktop (PAD)• Build data flows between local systems, cloud APIs, and internal tools• Integrate Machine Learning or Generative AI components (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain)• Write automation scripts for data extraction, processing, and workflow control• Implement testing, logging, and error-handling mechanisms• Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready automation solutionsWhat We Expect• 3–6 years of experience in Python development• Strong knowledge of Python 3.x• Experience with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)What You'll Get• 100% Remote – work from anywhere in India• Flexible working hours• Very good INR-based salary (above market average)• Long-term position with stable projects• International, experienced, and supportive team• Opportunities for personal growth and learning• Work on real-world products with measurable impactWe look forward to receiving your application.Please send your CV, portfolio, and availability to [s.shekar@avendata-group.com].
