Role Overview

We’re searching for a Graphic Designer - Team Lead who can blend artistic flair with strategic thinking to elevate our digital marketing efforts. This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic team, craft impactful visuals, and make waves in the ever-evolving digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling visual strategy for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.

• Innovative Design Leadership: Oversee the conceptualization and creation of branding, digital ads, social media content, web designs, and email marketing visuals.

• Team Empowerment: Inspire and mentor designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation while maintaining high standards.

• Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams to understand objectives, present ideas, and fine-tune designs for maximum impact.

• Trendsetting: Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and platforms, integrating the latest design innovations into campaigns.

• Project Management: Balance creativity with deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.


Who You Are

• A visionary leader with a proven track record in a senior graphic design role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

• A storyteller who understands how visuals amplify brand narratives across digital platforms.

• Proficient in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and comfortable exploring new design tech.

• A strategic thinker with the ability to interpret data and trends into actionable design insights.

• A collaborator who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
