Job DescriptionAs a seasoned Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving informed business decisions through data-driven insights.The primary objective of this position is to analyze financial data, create comprehensive reports, and forecast trends that support strategic growth.This key role works closely with finance, accounting, and leadership teams to ensure accurate budgeting, planning, and financial performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that cater to management's needs.Monitor key financial indicators and offer expert insights to inform business decisions.Budgeting & Forecasting:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.Track variances and provide explanations for deviations from established targets.Support scenario planning and financial modeling to optimize resource allocation.Data Modeling & Insights:Design and build financial models (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.Interpret data trends and offer recommendations for business improvement.Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to maximize value creation.Business Support:Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather financial inputs and foster a culture of transparency.Review financial performance of departments and products to identify areas for improvement.Compliance & Documentation:Evaluate and ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant company policies.Develop documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate and organized financial records for easy access and review.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Proven proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Business Intelligence tools.Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
