Write Like It Matters- Headlines. Taglines. Long-form. Scripts. Hooks.- Copy that makes people pause (or buy).- Develop and refine each brand's tone, vocabulary, and attitude. Mine Human Truths- Dig into consumer behaviour, category insights & cultural signals.- Convert insights → ideas → campaigns → results. Think Like a Strategist, Write Like a Creative- Create positioning statements, brand narratives & messaging frameworks.- Partner with designers to build campaigns that actually look as good as they sound. Present Like a Pro- Sell ideas with clarity, conviction, and a little bit of drama.- Build decks that make sense and make impact.Who You Probably Are- You care about craft.- You read ads for fun. (We don't judge. We do it too.)- You know the difference between "content creation" and "brand building."- You're opinionated about campaigns — and can explain why.- You can simplify complexity into one sharp line.- You love collaboration, controlled chaos, and creative banter.
