Job Title: Financial Operations SpecialistWe seek a detail-oriented and proactive financial operations specialist with strong QuickBooks experience to support our finance team.Responsibilities:Manage daily financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Record and process purchase invoices in QuickBooks, correlating with purchase orders.Assist with VAT calculations, prepare supporting documentation, and liaise with accountants for timely submissions.Provide management accounts support and answer queries from external accountants.Organize and review expense claims in QuickBooks; manage employee reimbursements.Prepare and process supplier payments by requesting authorization in QuickBooks.Support accountants with required documentation, including bank statements and transaction details.Regularly reconcile company bank accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.Maintain accurate categorization and reporting in QuickBooks.Requirements:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, or Finance Officer.Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software (essential).Understanding of US VAT processes and compliance.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills for liaising with accountants and internal teams.
