Creative Visual Content Specialist

Job Title: We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that drives clicks, conversions, and revenue.About the Role As our Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our team to develop strong visual concepts that fit brand guidelines and deliver results. You will create ad creatives for various platforms, including Meta, Google, and others. Your primary goal will be to design creatives that drive engagement and revenue.Your ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality static and motion graphics for digital platforms.Design multiple variations for A/B testing to ensure optimal results.Develop scroll-stopping concepts that attract the right audience and meet brand requirements.Understand ad placements and format requirements for each platform.Brand and Marketing Design You will be responsible for designing landing page banners, website graphics, email graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals. You will also maintain visual consistency across brands and translate briefs into clear and effective visual stories.Creative Strategy You will work with our performance marketing team to understand what works and what does not. You will analyze creative performance and contribute ideas to improve results. You will take ownership of creative quality from start to finish and experiment with new styles, formats, and design approaches.What We Are Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design ad creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools is essential.
