Job Description:The Chief of Staff is a strategic leader who drives execution across the organization, converting the CEO's vision into measurable outcomes. They will build systems, processes, dashboards, and operational excellence foundations, solving cross-team dependencies and unblocking execution.This role involves working closely with the CEO to turn priorities into structured plans with owners, deadlines, and KPIs. The Chief of Staff will track execution across the company, ensure timeline discipline, and act as the CEO's 'second brain' for decision-making and clarity.Key responsibilities include coordination and alignment of all major organizational functions, building new SOPs across departments, strengthening cross-department workflows, and implementing SLA discipline.Additional responsibilities include automating manual processes wherever possible, introducing org-wide rituals, cadences, and review cycles, and presenting insights to the CEO for decision-making.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strategic thinking and leadership skillsAbility to drive execution and deliver resultsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with process improvement and change managementKnowledge of business operations and management principlesBenefits:The Chief of Staff will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders, driving strategic initiatives and making a meaningful impact on the organization.
