Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Central Delhi, New Delhi

What You’ll Be Doing:
●        Leadership: Lead a talented team of social media accountants and graphic designers, ensuring all content is top-notch and on-brand.
●        Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, increase followers, and boost brand visibility.
●        Industry Trendsetting: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Bring fresh ideas to the table and set new standards in the industry.
●        Content Ideation: Brainstorm and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
●        Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies.
●        Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and engage with our online community effectively.
●        Business Development: Leverage your industry contacts to expand our social media vertical. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
●        Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their social media needs are met and exceeded.
●      Agency Experience: Bring your experience from working in a marketing agency to streamline processes, manage multiple projects, and deliver outstanding results.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a marketing agency.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
